“The quality of monitoring process depends on preparedness of observers”. These thoughts have been announced on 10^th of October 2009 at the training session in the network of the implementation of the project that has been suorted by European Union and has been carried out at electoral district N88 in Goychay region by Independent Assistant and Consulting Center “For the Sake of Civil Society”. The names of observers that will work in cooperation with Independent Consulting Center “For the Sake of Civil Society” at the above mentioned electoral district have been mentioned during the seminar. The seminar was opened by the regional representative of Independent Assistant and Consulting Center “For the Sake of Civil Society” Elkhan Huseynov, whereas the director – Eldar Ismayilov, introduced the participants all the activities that have been carried out by this Consulting Center up to date and also explained them the goals of conducting the monitoring process. The coordinator of the Consulting Center- Rasul Huseynzazade has familiarized the observers with terms and reporting documents that have to be delivered. They also touched upon the precise situations that can be faced by observers during the training and clarified on required actions during such situations.

         Eldar Ismayilov and Rasul Huseynzade have responded all the questions raised by participants at the end of the seminar.
