2001-2002 – Caucasus regional network on improving of electoral legislation, Eurasia Foundation, $ 33.100;
2001-2003 – Election rights of citizens and preparation of observes for elections monitoring, European Union Commission, 360.000 euro
2002- training program devoted to the role of NGOs in formation of municipal structures. 2 weeks training was conducted for the 25 NGO representatives and monitoring of 500 municipalities’ activity, ISAR, $11.500;
2002-2003 – Municipal news: legislation and practice, 6 issues, Embassy of Norway, $11.200;
2003 – international conference devoted to the role of NGOs in elections monitoring in the East European and CIS countries, Soros Foundation, $10.000;
2003- Preparation of observers for elections monitoring, Embassy of the Great Britain, $ 8.000;
2003- Monitoring of Presidential elections, headquarter of Soros Foundation, $18.000;
2003- Training program for municipal members and employees, Soros Foundation, $9.961;
2003-2004- Development program of the 6 pilot municipalities, Association of Local and Regional Authorities of Norway, $ 58.000;
2004 – Development program of local donor institutes, Eurasia Foundation, $2950;
2005-Program of participation of local communities in the municipalities activity, Embassy of the USA, $ 6242;
2005 – Monitoring of pre-election period, Embassy of Great Britain, $ 4950;
2005- Creation of National Association of the Municipalities of the Republic of Azerbaijan, joint project of the Congress of Council of Europe with Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities, 50 000 euro.
2005 – Establishment of National Municipalities Association of Azerbaijan, with the support of the Congress of the Council of Europe and Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities;
2006-2007 – Civil Society Project, with the support of Counterpart International;
2008 – Improvement of relations between members of the parliament and constituents, with the support of Norwegian Embassy
2008 – Monitoring of Presidential elections, with the support of the Council of Support to the NGOs near the President of Azerbaijan
2008 - Improvement of relations between members of the parliament and constituents, with the support of Friedrich Ebert Foundation
2009 – preparation and monitoring of 2009 municipalities and 2010 parliamentary elections, with the support of European Commission
